Rise of the Third Power

I feel they really nailed the balance between conversation, story, and dungeon crawling/fights.

Combat mechanics in general are top notch, with cool aspects like interrupting spellcasters and lots of situational abilities and synergies.

The spell effects look cool and varied, and have a quick, snappy feel that suits combat.

I'm an old hand at these games, and it's once again been a pleasant surprise to find it hit the sweet spot for difficulty.

Plenty of playable characters to choose from, depending on the Main Story progress.

The graphics somewhat remind me of Secret of mana, both the characters and landscape.
