I'd like to say Cthulhu Realms does better, but in truth while the core concept -- that decks are generated as you play rather than before the game starts -- eliminates balance issues for the most part, the interface and opaqueness of the gameplay to a newcomer are enough to leave me wishing the game had seen a little more care at the design stage.
The art is cartoony and pretty funny, even though I would've preferred a darker art style, MTG style, with the occasional humorous touch.
