What players think
The recurring themes across 85 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
It’s super polished, the graphics are very appealing, it has lots of content (if you do everything), the music can be catchy and the story is entertaining even if it’s cliche.
The core gameplay of Eden Genesis centers on fast-paced, precision platforming that demands skillful timing and fluid control.
The second super minor problem would be the voice acting.
It's not as frequent an issue in this game and I did play through the entire game to 100% on controller, but misaimed beams came up frequently enough that it was a nuisance - and it's even more awkward that there's absolutely no delay or time to reorient yourself after using one, which can lead to what feel like cheap deaths.
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway.
