Brick breaking games usually become repetitive after a while, but here the variety is guaranteed by a number of missions/achievements we can get in each stage, and the fact that the gameplay changes in some later areas, for example becoming a game of pinball with bumpers and all!
If they modified a few things around like making the bullets a different color maybe with a glow would make it easier to keep track of against some of the more vibrant backgrounds, make my characters paddle swing a bit wider and less of a delay between each swing, put an actual hitbox in my character would be helpful and a difficulty adjustment (or even just tune some of the bosses health) would be welcome additions.
It has excellent pixel art and a good soundtrack and overall it was pretty fun.
