The gameplay and narrative are both very promising and already enjoyable, but are marred by some mechanics/omissions:
I love hotline Miami and if you like the trippy, 8-16bit graphics of those games then you'll feel at home here albeit with an FPS CYBERPUNK skin.
The soundtrack and the visuals are very well fit for the theming, they compliment each other really well and do not feel out of place.
