What players think
The recurring themes across 300 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
The world is quite frankly stunning, with each area having it's own theme and a decent, if not mind-blowing, fairytale story running along in the background.
+ Really nice graphics, especially the art during cutscenes and the underwater dungeon!
The sound design is also pretty good.
TL:DR; Pretty but unrewarding, slow progression and a game more focused on exploration than combat.
Played with an xbox controller and it worked perfectly, the turn based gameplay, and grid like movement, helps the control feel perfectly fine, VR gives a great sense of presence and of course immersion.
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway. 2 more themes were each raised by fewer than 6 sampled reviews and are not shown.
