The art style is gorgeous but the world itself pretty small with little to nothing to see other than a few interesting characters and bland boring dungeon 3D backgrounds that could very well be asset flips.

Young Souls, despite it's rather generic name instantly got my attention and motivated me to play more from the first second of gameplay.
I played solo, so can't speak to co-op.
There's plenty of difficulty/accessibility options so it's probably playable for most.
The soundtrack complements this style perfectly: upbeat, electronic tracks accompany the action above ground, while darker, more percussive themes add tension to the subterranean battles.
