What players think
The recurring themes across 97 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
From the moment gameplay begins, it is clear that the game is less concerned with modern features or progression systems and more interested in recreating the intensity and challenge of early action shooters.
Don't be turned away by the basic graphics, the difficulty and gameplay gives this game a good amount of playtime and (with some imagination) a lot of replayability (challenge yourself, don't get hit, don't miss a bullet, etc...)
I made a steam controller configuration to thank the dev for making a free game but I honestly believe that you should just skip this entirely - it's clunky and really not that good.
While there's not really a story or ending to follow, there're at least levels and achievements to keep track of your progress.
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway.
The data behind the verdict
