The gameplay of Halo is where it shines the most, From multiplayer to Campaign, the guns are mostly quite balanced with a sandbox of different weapons, equipment and even vehicles in well designed levels.

The story is quite good for an FPS game, it is no Telltale game levels of good or detailed but you will get attached to characters and be hooked to the plot with well written stories in each entry.
I opted to play with enhanced graphics through my first playthrough, and planned on doing subsequent playthroughs with older graphics just to see how it was back in the day.
HALO 4: While the gameplay and art direction shift away from the classic Bungie style, it features an incredibly emotional deep dive into the relationship between Master Chief and Cortana.
