What players think
The recurring themes across 32 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
There is a campaign (story mode) with bosses (ans some are pretty good, classic 2d Contra-like).
Graphics and sound are solid as well.
Survival mode I feel is the only replayability the game has as the campaign is pretty static and there's not much you can do to improve on it outside of maybe trying to do things like not die or not get hit.
The soundtrack supports the energetic pace with electronic music that complements the futuristic setting, while the visual effects surrounding boss encounters help make these battles feel appropriately dramatic.
The gradual increase in difficulty also encourages better mastery of movement and positioning rather than depending exclusively on stronger equipment.
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
No themes split opinion in this sample.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway.
