Raiders of the North Sea

Raiders of the North Sea is a good board game with clever worker placement system that involves slowly "upgrading" the shared pool of workers over the course of the game through your actions, which gives the game almost a "competitive coop" feel: everyone is working toward the goal of raiding the fortresses, and it's a race to see who can score the most points in working toward that shared goal.

It retains the signature rhythm and strategic flow of the tabletop original while enhancing the experience with clean interface design, animated boards, and a Viking atmosphere that feels lively without overwhelming the underlying mechanics.

For it's asking price, the game offers a couple nice tutorials, a campaign mode, where each game/stage has some special rules, a standard versus AI, with decent computer challenge.

This is a good worker placement board game with relatively simple mechanics and a nice viking vibe.

Dire Wolf’s interface faithfully reproduces the art style of the board game while adding clarity and fluid animations that make the board feel alive.

Does get the feeling of playing a board game really well, the difficulty is very well adjusted, very recommended to anybody into tabletop games
