What players think
The recurring themes across 135 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
The game's graphics effectively evoke the board game feel, with detailed units and informative displays.
After you finish all the missions, there's custom scenarios and even multiplayer to enjoy.- Solid, not over-the-top difficulty.
It would definitely benefit from a few additions such as artillery and I'd love some sort of campaign.
Now to the meat and potatoes:PROS:- Simple, yet enjoyable gameplay, with a lot of room for complex tactics and military strategy- Nice artstyle, that doesn't shy away from the "tabletop" style they are going for, but doesn't feel too plain or unimaginative.- So much opportunities to play the game.
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway.
