Combat is proper action, there's lots of different enemies and neutrals, and it blends well with the overall gameplay.

Last thing I will say is that it's an absolute marvel of game-development, how they can render so many objects and textures while letting you build effectively with no limit (?????? seriously how did they make this game??) it is simply unbelievable.

Game is surprisingly difficult which is a good thing imo, but I strongly recommend playing on easiest difficulty while you learn the ropes.
