Yes it is grindy, but one feels more powerfull with each upgrade one installs, more competent, better scores when replaying old levels and seeing not only credits but also unlocks for customisation stream by knowing one can buy them and perhaps have more for adding to the behaviour (development) treee of the mecha.

Graphics wise we wind up with a generic-but-not-bad anime tone that maintains the particle effect spam from more flashy builds with a decent frame rate even if the dinosaurs would have done a double take at the potato you attempted to run it on.

It has it all, it has very intuitive fps mechanics, incredibly simple combat mechanics that will get you through the game but doesn't limit you, you can grow in skill with all of the different types of weapons which brings me to the customization.
