Resident Evil 3

The boss fights here feel much better than RE2 because of the evade mechanic and the arenas, but RE3 fumbled hard due to the absence of any meaningful unscripted long-term stalker enemies and the lack of puzzles to some extent.

The story felt a bit more entertaining than Resident Evil 2 to me, mostly because the characters and cutscenes keep things moving and make it feel like a playable action-horror movie.

But honestly, even without gimmicky ray tracing, the game is graphically still very impressive.

The game gives you a good mix of weapons to work with, a strength that has been consistent throughout the franchise, and switching between them keeps fights from feeling repetitive.

The game looks great and feels pretty good to play, with solid combat, cool environments, and two playable characters which keeps things interesting.

I was able to play at 4K at 70-100+ fps with my RTX 2060 using some optimized settings from YouTube and FSR set to Quality.
