What players think
The recurring themes across 105 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
Rather than offering a true online multiplayer experience, the game uses the structure and atmosphere of an MMORPG to tell the story of Kotone, an overworked young woman who escapes her uninspiring daily routine by immersing herself in the virtual realm of Asaph Online.
The soundtrack complements the game's atmosphere effectively, reinforcing both the whimsical and adventurous aspects of the world without becoming intrusive during longer reading sessions.
The game offers what you would expect out of a visual novel - a pleasant story, visuals, attractive waifus as well as some nice CG scenes.
