What players think
The recurring themes across 238 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
Now drifting feels extremely natural in RDS you do not really have to do too much, a little tap on the gas pedal and a gentle turn on your wheel / Analog of controller and the rear end will start losing grip, at this moment you simply wait for the perfect biting point in order to get the best angle, usually a 45° degree angle is what you want in order to get the most points but still have controller over the car and not spin out, both of the games do a great job at that exact thing but in all honesty RDS feels a lot more relaxing while doing this, all this comes naturally to you which made the game a lot more enjoyable compared to FURIDASHI which felt as if you hard to be a tryhard.
It's not the best representation as a drift sim but it's not the worst compare to most/a lot of competitors out there and so does the graphics.
Fun solo and more fun with friends, Good graphics and gameplay
Playerbase is dwindling, well wouldnt even say dwindling, there is hardly any open lobbies for me atleast, no matter when I play!!
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
No themes split opinion in this sample.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway. 2 more themes were each raised by fewer than 5 sampled reviews and are not shown.
