When I watched the trailer, I was drawn in by the smooth greyscale graphics that give the game an almost surreal look to it.
For some, these puzzles might even border on 'casual' gameplay but I enjoyed them.
In the grand spectrum of my play history of puzzle quality ranging from The Witness' exceptional design and execution, layering mechanics and interweaving the past puzzles together to form a subtly expanding difficulty curve, right down to a 50p point and click puzzle game that used a rat and a jar of honey to open a lock, this doesn't even land in the middle for me.
The atmosphere of the game is immersive, with music and sound effects giving me a twilight zone vibe.
