What players think
The recurring themes across 300 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
The expansion in faction roster is a fun addition allowing more replayability.
The siege warfare, long a highlight of the franchise, benefits from improved graphics and effects.
Combat has improved a lot due to units now having proper collision.
As of now the only plus side of this game is the Soundtrack, the making of videos and the Artbook.
Campaign missions will also be replayable (and replayed) thanks to the high difficulty of some of them, similarly, again, to the previous titles of the Stronghold series.
Doesn’t matter if you play campaing or multiplayer you will enjoy the game and have a lot of fun with friends.
