What players think
The recurring themes across 300 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
There is a tutorial to learn the ropes, UI is obvious enough, the game is stable and if you like the diversity of approaches like I just said, there are at least 4 different paths to ensure the victory, so, replayability is also there.
The graphics do not need to be anything impressive, it's not what games like this are about or the people that play them are looking for, the UI is basically just a bunch of ledgers that compile information and items, yet my CPU (Ryzen 7 4800H, 16Gb ram) and GPU (Radeon RX 5600m) temps go very high when playing (up to 93° celsius), the fans are at full speed the whole time and it has caused crashes.
I ended up playing for hours as soon as I started a new campaign.
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway. 4 more themes were each raised by fewer than 6 sampled reviews and are not shown.
