The dev seemed to be really inspired to make a game that could hold its own in a field of roguelikes where this sort of gameplay is a dime a dozen.

The story/setting definitely needs some more fleshing out though.
The design and graphics are simple but really good, the gameplay is smooth, controls are easy to get used to, the game provides a fair difficulty and my god, the music.
