What players think
The recurring themes across 63 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
So regarding my thoughts about Lavender, it is promising, and there are already some good points, specially regarding optimization and perf, and also having the devs listenning and communicating with the players.
The fact also that Lavender proposes the ability to host personnal servers is interesting, combined with linux it allows maximizing perf for running a server at lower costs.
It runs at a good framerate of over 300 FPS on my PC in desktop and sticks to 90 constantly in VR, no issues.
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
No recurring complaints surfaced in this sample.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway.
