The art style, voice acting, and general feel are pretty good, despite being in Early Access as of time of writing.
The gameplay is fun and the primary loop is entertaining; upgrade progression can feel a little bit stilted based on where you try to go first in your seeded generated map, so equipment and tech tiers can feel like they're overstaying their welcome if you don't try to explore further out and about before picking a starting base.
Also the games graphics are poorly optimized and lacking in alot of settings I had to use a third-party program to limit the framerate to keep my pc from trying to fly away.
I am thoroughly enjoying this game, and the multiplayer has some minor EA jankiness, it is already a lot of fun, working in tandem with a partner.
