What players think
The recurring themes across 147 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
I did find some gameplay areas of improvement:
The sound design is notably good.
Best points: The graphics are great, the music is cool, and different weapon types have different movesets.
And plays very good on steam deck - runs without any issue and with native resolution, controls are easy to setup and convenient to use, now it is one of my favorite games for steam deck.
Controller support is good enough to play, but could definitely be better tuned to work with input systems other than steamdeck - currently using an xbox controller via pc, you can't use L3 or R3 to map to something useful like swap weapon set and Look command, which by default are fiddly to access via controller.
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway.
