More specifically, it aims to recreate them nearly exactly as they were, warts and all, only adding updated graphics and a handful of Quality-of-Life enhancements, so that people who grew up with those games can play them without having to mess with emulators or draw maps of the dungeons on graph paper.
The plot logically flowed from one location to the next, and you definitely felt your party growing much stronger as the adventure neared its conclusion.
Item progression was the ABSOLUTE best in this game, by far.
Although there is a small graphical interface, It's alot like reading a book in the way that with the information you receieve you formulate scene's and scenario's with your imagination while playing.
The soundtrack of the game is related to the gameplay, it depends on what song your bard is playing and what instrument is being used at the moment.
