In an attempt to make it more appealing to those who play modern games as well as make it more viable as a casual multiplayer title, they've added character progression to the game and removed some of the hardcore elements of the original's old school gameplay.
Either way, honestly the story does feel short.
Another banger from Behemoth, had a blast playing this with my pals in local coop.
It took me a while to complete the game (mostly bc I played with my friends, online, and solo) so it took me a couple days to finally complete on my solo character.
Lastly I want to talk about the art style changes and the things I like, and the things I don't like.
It has an excellent soundtrack and is very fun and immersive.
