I hoped for a fun platformer with some combat and fun boss fights and what I got was a platformer with some combat and fun boss fights.
The graphics are very much inspired by the samurai jack series, and does well to fit the Celtic mythology theme.
Clan O'Conall is an action 2D platformer that oozes charm with its hand-drawn art whilst simultaneously maintaining its fast-paced, intuitive gameplay.
Despite there being no difficulty options, I found it adequately challenging and designed so players improve and learn from past errors, quickly mastering the necessary skills.
