Clan O'Conall and the Crown of the Stag

Clan O'Conall is an action 2D platformer that oozes charm with its hand-drawn art whilst simultaneously maintaining its fast-paced, intuitive gameplay.

The combat is pretty satisfying and surprisingly deep, with dodges, rolls, i-frames, knock-ups/backs, drop attacks, parries, combos, finishers and special attacks.

Its exuberant and dramatic art style is saturated with Celtic folklore and further complimented by the traditionally inspired soundtrack.

The story keeps you engaged and the puzzles are challenging but at the right amount.

Each hero is vastly different in their abilities, providing for a well-rounded approach to everything that is thrown at them.

Despite there being no difficulty options, I found it adequately challenging and designed so players improve and learn from past errors, quickly mastering the necessary skills.
