I think this game is worth playing for any Warriors/hack'n'slash fan, since it has a ton of playable characters, and provides quite a bit of fanservice for people who are fans of both Dynasty Warriors and Samurai Warriors.

Online co-op is surprisingly smooth, although one very negative aspect is that only the host advances through the story; so if the plan is to play the campaign with a friend from a fresh start, the offhost will have to progress through their own campaign later.
