What players think
The recurring themes across 196 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
Long story short, it's surprisingly good-looking mix between WarCraft II and Age of Empires.
One of the more notable features is the progression of individual units, which can gain experience over time and become more effective in combat.
You'll need GameRanger or similar if you intend to ever play multiplayer.
It's also really pleasant to be in with its beautifully rendered sprites, great animations, fun sound effects and even some features that were quite rare for the time like a full day/night cycle and weather simulation!
Would be great if we get a sequel to the game with modern graphics but the same fundamental gameplay!
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway. 2 more themes were each raised by fewer than 4 sampled reviews and are not shown.
