Gameplay
Players who bring up Gameplay mostly praise it.
The game's fun too - Rico has become Spider-Man, and the gameplay has been stepped up in pretty much every way you can think of from the first game.

The free roam, graphics, and how huge the world is still look amazing for how old the game is.

Steam Deck
Players who bring up Steam Deck mostly praise it.
Because of this game, I had Just Cause 3 at the top of my wishlist when I got a Steamdeck around 3 years ago after a long break from gaming.

Performance
Players who bring up Performance mostly praise it.
I had to run a bevy of fixes to make it work as intended: FPS cap set to 60, borderless windowed resolution, Windows 7 compatibility mode for the executable, fullscreen optimization turned off, high DPI was set to "application-controlled", and in the in-game settings, I had to turn off Decals.

Multiplayer
Players who bring up Multiplayer mostly praise it.
It's one of my favorites, and possibly the single game that I've played the longest, comprising of both the Multiplayer Mod and my time on console.
