Verlet swing is a grapple game, with some trippy and dream like visuals to match, with 100 stages to swing ya way through!
Gameplay is extremely fun (apart from one thing which im about to unleash 5 years of pent up anger towards) there's tight 4 star times to get on each level, or you can just casually swing your way through various environments, from flying pizzas to arcade machines, there's no lack of variety or ideas when it comes to verlet, it certainly delivers and feels great to fly around and enjoy.
Music i thought was ok, i really loved the 4th worlds ost and the sound of the grappling hook slapping onto whatever surface you hit is really satisfying, its not bad by any means but a lot of it i think i got overly distracted by visuals and gameplay for me to notice haha.
For years, I have been on a quest to find the perfect grappling hook game.
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
No recurring complaints surfaced in this sample.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway. 4 more themes were each raised by fewer than 6 sampled reviews and are not shown.
