It's got quite a bit of quirky charm in its characters and setting and gets quite a bit of milage out of exploring different ways the grapple can work.

They're great fun to watch, fit in the plot well, and you get an immense feeling of satisfaction when you work out how to dodge their attacks and damage them :D

For me, the difficulty was very gentle and relaxing and let me feel very skilled and cool, but definitely had enough challenge not to be boring.

TL;DR: I grew up playing Sonic on SEGA Genesis, so the music and graphics made me fall in love with this game with all the nostalgia it throws at me.
