Spruce up the main character and enemies, add better lighting...when the creepyness wears off it's nice to have a pretty playground.

Your enemies become more and more annoying, but you still have the same basic gun (with limited ammo) and melee punches (which are totally a perfect fit for a game where enemies otherwise kill you in a single hit on collision).
