Generally speaking, the game has good gameplay, high-quality graphics and also high-quality voice actors, with some sort of exuberant story which feels slightly displaced, considering it's only the successor of the Surgeon Simulator and has only - more about that later - 11 levels, excluding the tutorial, to choose from.
