What players think
The recurring themes across 219 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
It has a basic but solid gameplay, a smart level-design, a gorgeous art style (reminds me tv shows during 90's or something like that) and beautiful ost (that I like even more).
Primal Light has decent controls, very nice graphics but terrible game and level design.
The environments, though constructed with a limited color palette, make excellent use of lighting and contrast to set the mood, while the soundtrack enhances the experience with ambient, rhythmic compositions that feel primitive and mystical at the same time.
I wanted to like this game as the music is engrossing, the character design and animations and pixel art are mesmerising.
Good options menu with all the basic necessities (aka audio control and customizable keybinds).
