I wasn't a huge fan of the card game hexus but luckily you don't need to do that to progress in the story.
Good and interesting game with very helpful content, one advice to everyone who wants to learn the hacking... first finish the game story and then start with Cheat Engine, after that u can continue with IDA Pro and x64dbg and etc.
