What players think

There’s so much content brought by climbing a tall difficulty ladder, akin to the Ascension mechanic in Slay the Spire.
And its compelling little story, accompanied by merry jingles, introduces a festive, yet simultaneously dark atmosphere.
The art is beautiful, the mechanics are fluid, the difficulty curve is very solid, but VERY fair.
it's a free to play so it does have a fair bit of the game behind a pay wall but it's art style and character design are great.
i love this game. it's a card battler where the game actually wants you to win. i would liken it to slay the spire except easier and designed to be fun, not frustrating. the base game is free and has kept me busy for 20 hours and counting. the art style is charming. the classes have different synergies to play with. the difficulty ramps up at higher ascensions and makes for a fun challenge.
There's a HUGE cast of enemies and other NPCs to encounter in the game, all with surprisingly good English voice acting for a Chinese-developed game, and they're all unique and interesting.
