There are improved graphics, slightly better looking cars, one or two new zombies, the rest are almost identical or literally identical to the original game and the mechanics are exactly the same.
- Better music quality.
Its neat that it recognizes the controller, though it doesnt give the option to rebind either keys or buttons, It's not even possible to choose between keyboard or controller.
