What players think
The recurring themes across 300 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
I've enjoyed Contraband Police thus far playing the campaign mode, it has it's positives as well as its querks.
The atmosphere, concept, and gameplay loop are very engaging, especially if you enjoy inspection, management, and decision-making games.
I liked the graphics but it has that weird 2019 simulator game advertisement graphics which looks great on a real game lol
Whereas Paper Please introduces new things that make the game more challenging, this will introduce a new challenge for a chapter and then drop it by the next chapter, meaning the game never increases in difficulty.
I only play on my steam deck.
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway. 2 more themes were each raised by fewer than 6 sampled reviews and are not shown.
