Overall the best mobile "empire building" games in my opinion, on account of the pretty art style, fun clans, and fair progression - just keep in mind that it is the PC version of a mobile game.

I would not recommend this to friends, because it can be quite addictive, but i still give it a positive review, because it's polished, works quite well under GNU/Linux right out of the box with great performance and is quite relaxing.
