I am also writing this as a review to describe more about the game and as a way to reach the developer as a series of suggestions to improve on other games released in future.
This kinetic visual novel as a slice of life drama with Match 3, resource management and roleplaying game(RPG) mechanics features a female student Seiko Yonekura who is also a wannabe voice actress with dreams of auditioning for a voice acting role in various eroge anime productions.
Gameplay involves drawing a line by clicking, holding and releasing left mouse button across 3 or more same chibi heads or diamonds and popping them to earn points, diamonds and experience points(xp) to succeed in various audition roles, buy various items at store and to gain levels, unlock progressively more difficult audition roles and score more points respectively.
