For each level you get a main puzzle to complete, which is to get from one point to another while avoiding being eaten by monsters, and between 1 and 3 side quests/side puzzles that can ask you to do anything from finding collectibles to completing levels without killing any creatures, to sometimes really obscure and funny quests like finding a way to annoy one of the characters.
