I'd enjoy the time more if the amount of micromanagement was consistent throughout the entire gameplay.
Its colorful, pixel-based graphics lend an approachable and almost toy-like quality to the experience, which contrasts nicely with the depth of its mechanics.
Sound design is nice (I haven't disabled any sound including the music so far, which is a rarity), and the flow of things is very satisfying.
