What players think
The recurring themes across 300 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
- The floatiness of hit characters is both a pro and a con, it lets you make such satisfying and elaborate combos mid air *buuut*...
Online multiplayer was tons of fun and worked very well (I didn't notice any lag when I played with my buddy).
Roof Rage is a fantastic platform-fighter with quality gameplay that contends with the best of them!
- The art style, even if simple, is quite good and I love all the little sprites for the fighters.
Aesthetically, it takes inspiration from arcade fighting games, with over the top presentation and music using pixelated sprites, an amazing chiptune OST, and the classic setting of "The Greatest Fighters In The World".
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway.
