While the AI is functional and offers a solid challenge, Dominions 5 truly shines in multiplayer.

As a small game with a big learning curve ya might expect the playerbase to be fairly elitist grogs and diehard fans, but the truth is the majority are extremely welcoming to new players, with noob-exclusive games being hosted pretty much all the time for any new players wishing to try out the multiplayer component.

For example, a dormant god with high order and production might create an early economic boom, while a powerful awake combat deity could rush early expansion and dominance through fear and military might.

In game quest-lines feed into the lore and build on it really well, too.

This game has incredible depth, some great online videos of streams and tutorials, a pretty solid roster of online multiplayer games or just really fun to play with friends.
