The game is well optimized and has a good story (None-Cannon), with difficulty settings, to incite challange, the games AI is absolutely terrible in that when you're playing through the story they do absolutely nothing at all, and when you're in a multiplayer game because it couldnt find anyone to match your skill level, it matches you against bots who just slap you around 24/7.

For instance, I dislike Noelle, Magma and Vetto as characters within the series but their gameplay was so good?!!?!?

I say ''surprisingly enjoyable'' because I honestly anticipated the combat of the game to be as bad as it was in Tokyo Ghoul and other anime based video games.

It would've been cool to explore these more and have the opportunity to play as more characters because, despite having basically just Asta and Yami, there is a large number of other playable characters if you choose any of the arcade-y type modes.
