What players think
The recurring themes across 246 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
Much like Dysfunctional Systems, the story is written with a rather intricate hand, and the art is superb and complements the tone of the VN.
Dischan has a good grasp on sound design as well, as music will fade away into other sound effects to help immerse the reader into the world, such as the crackling of fire.
The sound design, the atmosphere, the visuals, the click-feedback, everything just felt really "chunky" and "right" in a really nice way.
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
No recurring complaints surfaced in this sample.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway. One more theme was raised by fewer than 5 sampled reviews and is not shown.
