GRIS is one of those rare games that reminds you that a masterpiece doesn't need a single line of dialogue to tell an unforgettable story.
The gameplay focuses on gentle exploration and light platforming rather than challenge.
This isn't really a game I would play "for fun" so putting a fun factor on it is strange.. this is more of a game I would recommend for someone that want a game with a beautiful story and gorgeous visuals.
The soundtrack matches that level of care - soft, emotional, and perfectly in sync with the game’s pacing.
It's a good game to enjoy comfortably in your couch/bed with a controller !
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway. 3 more themes were each raised by fewer than 6 sampled reviews and are not shown.
