Story
Players who bring up Story mostly praise it.
85 of 162 sampled reviews raised it
In this wonderful story telling experience the player is guided through a past that is a mystery even to you, it’s like reading a really good book with lots of visuals and gameplay.
Gameplay
Players who bring up Gameplay mostly praise it.
50 of 162 sampled reviews raised it
With the skill tree mechanic, this game could easily set up a 25 or 50 match Tower, starting with nameless Thugs and ending with the boss.
Audio
Players who bring up Audio mostly praise it.
27 of 162 sampled reviews raised it
The game uses absolutely beautiful "Frank Miller" style comic book art, excellent weather effects and a fantastic original soundtrack that combine to give the title a very appealing "film noir" type atmosphere that totally compliments the foreboding storyline.
Graphics
Players who bring up Graphics mostly praise it.
20 of 162 sampled reviews raised it
The art direction pays direct homage to classic noir comics, using heavy black lines, muted colors, and sharp lighting contrasts to evoke a world drenched in cigarette smoke and desperation.
Combat
Players who bring up Combat mostly praise it.
15 of 162 sampled reviews raised it
The “combat” system is a MATCH3 system like many popular mobile games however instead of colourful candy the things you match are attacks or other abilities, not only is this aspect executed well; it’s also not easy which brings the setting of a dystopian city even closer as nothing is easy.
