BDSM: Big Drunk Satanic Massacre

After 3.5 hours, my overall impression is positive mainly because the game manages to support its ridiculous premise with a solid enough gameplay foundation that the experience doesn't have to rely entirely on its jokes.

The game wants to be vulgar, exaggerated, satirical, and ridiculous, and practically every visual and narrative element supports that direction.

The shotgun, for example, can become considerably more effective against groups, while other weapons provide area control or concentrated damage.

World graphics are beautiful, though that seems somewhat inappropriate to describe pits of bubbling demon meat or the interior of a sex club.

The soundtrack leans heavily into rock and heavy metal, which naturally fits the Hell setting, gunfights, and aggressive sense of humor.

Overall, however, the difficulty feels closer to design-driven challenge than artificial difficulty.
